Hi friend,
PLEASE READ ALL RULES CAREFULLY, BECAUSE WRONG SENDING CAN DECLASSIFY YOUR PHOTO.
Our main objective is the evolution and consequently the recognition of the work of each participating photographer.
As photos that will be awarded will receive Prime Seal.
The Awarded Photographer wins the right to be in the website’s Special Showcase (Ranking), exclusively for awarded photographers, where he also wins his place in the Prime Photo Association Ranking.
The photos that were just missing to be awarded will be the Honorable Mention.
All photos submitted to participate in this 1st Round 2021 must be submitted between August 3, 2021 and August 16, 2021 at 23:59h.
All photos will be analyzed in the 1st phase and those that qualify for the final phase (2nd phase) will be judged by the invited judges by Prime.
For this category, it will be accepted to send photos related to the wedding day, the pre-wedding session, the post-wedding session, the bride’s day, and all this as long as they are referred to and related to a royal wedding.
Photos taken in Workshops will not be accepted unless the author of the photo is the same as the one who gave the Workshop.
For the Family Category, photos that take to the family name will be accepted, except for photos of Newborn.
There will also be a specific category for Childbirth. The Judges of the Family category as of the Childbirth category will be:
NOTE: In the event that the Childbirth category does not reach the minimum number of 15 prize-winning photos, the result of this will then be released to the family category and thus having the joint also in the Ranking.
The photos MUST be sent ONLY in the size 600x900px. or 900x600px. VERTICAL PHOTOS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
The photos must MUST be sent WITHOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER’S NAME, in other words, they must have the same name in all the uploaded files, but this must not be the name of the photographer or something that characterizes the author. EX: blue eagle 01 / blue eagle 02 / blue eagle 03 and so on …
Photos cannot be sent with a logo or any type of writing that is in the photograph itself.
Photos that have already been awarded here at Prime will not be able to be sent again, this will characterize the automatic disqualification of the same.
Photos that received an Honorable Mention here at Prime can be sent in an attempt to be awarded a prize.
Photos that were awarded in any other association can be sent to compete here on Prime.
Double exposure photos taken directly on the camera will be accepted, but if it is proven that it was taken in Photoshop, it will be automatically disqualified, thus losing the seal if it was awarded or an honorable mention.
Photos with full nudity or sex scenes will not be allowed.
Submission of photos for the Round will be accepted only through the link provided by the Prime Photo Association. If the submission is made in any other way than the one specified above, participation in the Round will not be validated.
As the author of the photos that were sent to the Round, you agree and then allow all photos sent to be published on our Prime Photo Association social networks, as well as on the website, as well as in any other means of communication that have the intention of dissemination. As the author of the submitted photo, you agree and assume full responsibility for the content of the images sent here, exempting Prime Photo Association from any claims or liability presented by third parties.
You, as the author of the photo, declare that you have the authorization of all people in the images sent to have your images published and if anyone who is in images sent by you, ask that your images be removed from our site, and they will be removed , the image will be automatically disqualified.
How will be done RANKING PRIME PHOTO ASSOCIATION: The number of winning photos from all Rounds of the year will be added and thus the ranking positions will be generated.
Ranking Breakdown Criteria
1st – To be awarded in the çargest number of collections in the currente year
2nd – The most awarded in the last collection
3rd – Highest number of Honorable Mention in the last collection
4th – Highest average score in the award-einning photos of the last collection
5th – Highest number of honorable mention in the penultimate collection
NOTE: Only 1 critejrion is used at a time, that is, it only uses a next criterion if the tie still presists.
If even using the 5 tie-breaking criteria the equality still persists, then the same position in the Ranking is defined for all who are equal.
IMPORTANT: The tiebreaker is only applied from 2 winning photos, that is, everyone who has only 1 winning photo will be in the Ranking with the same position number and will then be marked with a
Round’s tie-breaking criterion to know who was the “Collection Highlight” will be based on the amount of honorable mention and as a second tie-breaking criterion, the highest score obtained in the awarded photos will be used.
NOTE: SENDING PHOTOS OF DIFFERENT CATEGORIES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN A SAME PACKAGE. Each photo package is specific to a single category. * If you participate in more than one category, just send it to one and then the same sending procedure to another, always following the number of photos indicated as an option *
